Excitement flourishes at the Fort Dodge Chamber of Commerce these days as we prepare for one of the biggest events of the year - Fall Fest. Scheduled for Saturday, September 18th, the event continues to draw young and old alike to share in a day full of great fun and delight.
Fall Fest will definitely bring out the kid in you! The entertainment, vastly unique and always changing, promises to be very memorable. Planned activities for the day include: Kids Parade, Photo Contest, Cruiz-In Car Show, Adventure Race, Explpre Fort Dodge Bus Tours, and Crafters, Food Vendors, and plenty of live entertainment and hands-on activities for children of all ages. Plus, we are planning to add some new and exciting activities for this year.
Fall Fest continues it's efforts to promote our city, as well as the businesses and organizations who provide so many services to our community. Clubs and organizations use the event to promote their missions and raise money for their projects. You will enjoy food and hands-on activities for the kids.
For those who love entertainment, our Central Stage will be bursting with song and dance, as local entertainers share their talents with our community. Central Stage Entertainment is going to give visitors a chance to see the outstanding talents we have here in our own back yard!
Registrations are being taken for all events through the Chamber office.

All in all, September 18th promises to be a day of delight for area residents and visitors. Regardless of your age, your hobby, your interests, this event is sure to give you pleasure. Our community has so much to be proud of, and much of that pride can be seen at Fall Fest. As we come together to celebrate life in Webster County, we will enjoy the "sense of community" that seems to be present at Fall Fest every year. REGULATIONS
Booth spaces are available in the following areas. Please read the instructions below, and click on the appropriate category of interest to locate a printable application form. The signed agreement and registration form must be returned to the Chamber by August 13, 2010. After that date, there is a $5.00 late fee.

BY FRIDAY, AUGUST 13.
RULES & REGULATIONS FOR GROUPS PARTICIPATING IN FALL FEST

The Chamber will provide booth space (1/2 of a parking space, approximatley 10' x 10') and disposal service for collecting trash.

The Fall Fest Committee reserves the right to assign locations as it chooses.

One business shall be represented per booth.

Vendor agrees to pay the Chamber $25.00 per booth space at the time of registration unless you are a Chamber member, in which case you will receive one booth space at no charge.

A $5.00 late fee will be added after the registration deadline of August 13, 2010

At the time of registration, Vendor agrees to pay the Chamber $5.00 per booth if you require eletricity.

All fees are non-refundable.

The Fall Fest Committee reserves the right to disallow teh sale of any item not included on the regisration form.

The Vendor is an independent contractor.

The Vendor agrees to set up their booth on September 18, 2010 between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. and operate it from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

The Vendor must provide their own tables, chairs, garbage bags and signage for their area and agrees to keep the area free of litter.

No vehicles will be allowed to park on the street and no booths may be set up on the sidewalk.

The Fort Dodge Area Chamber of Commerce and the City of Fort Dodge will assume no responsibility for damaged items, lost articles, injuries, or accidents connected with Fall Fest 2010.

No booth space will held without the registration fee paid in advance.

All Vendors must provide their Iowa Sales Tax Number & copy of their Certificate of Liability Insurance prior to the event.

No alcoholic beverages are permitted at the event.

Confirmation & location assignment will be sent at least one week prior to Fall Fest.

Fall Fest will be held regardless of the weather conditions.
